Journal through the Days of Corona Private Classroom
Welcome! I'm thrilled you're here and eager to share some of my favorite journaling prompts to get you through these uncertain times. It's all step by step below. Note: The course was orignally launched at the beginning of the pandemic. Please disregard any references to dates/days in the videos that follow.
At the end of each journaling session, you'll complete a post-writing survey. Simply write the 5 questions in your journal and answer them. They're quick and take you into a deeper level of processing.
Optional: If you'd like, you can email your survey responses to me @ firstname.lastname@example.org at the end of the course. I'll add them to the others to assess whether journaling helps one process stress and uncertainty.
