In this self-paced course I'll share 14 video lessons that you can watch from the comfort of your home for awareness, growth and resilience ... something we can all benefit from in the days of Corona.

The good news: you don't have to be a writer or devote a lot of time to reap the benefits of journaling. All you need is a pen, a journal, and three 15-minute sessions per week that are all about YOU.
